Munito runs munito bot. Write to [email protected] about your data.

2. The data

  • Your phone number, and the first name that you give when you invite someone.
  • Your messages, the answers of munito bot, and the files that you send.
  • What munito bot remembers: facts about you, your timezone, and the follow-ups that you ask for.
  • The data of the apps that you connect, when munito bot reads it for a task or when an app tells it about a new item.
  • Who invited you, and whom you invite.
  • Technical records: the time and the duration of each answer, and service logs.

3. Why Munito uses it

To answer you, to remember the context of your conversation, to send the reminders and check-ins, to sign you in, and to stop abuse. Munito does not sell your data, show you ads, or use your data to train models.

4. The companies that process it

  • The Munito API writes the answers. It processes your messages as the Munito Privacy Policy describes.
  • Sendblue delivers the iMessage and SMS messages.
  • Composio connects your apps and keeps their access tokens.
  • SerpApi runs the web searches. It gets only the search words.

5. Where

munito bot keeps its data in Munito's cluster in France. Sendblue, Composio and SerpApi process data in the United States.

6. How long

Munito keeps your data while you use munito bot. When you delete munito bot in your workspace, Munito deletes your messages, memory, schedules, invites and app connections at once. munito bot keeps no backups. Service logs expire within 31 days.

7. Your rights

Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete your data. You can also delete it at once in your workspace.

8. Changes

Munito can change this policy. The date at the top shows the last change.
